    Most arrogant staff and owner I have seen so far. Of course I was bit furious because I was suppose to receive my little girl's prescription glass which costed good money. Well the attitude was absolutely disgusting and I must say when you are in business, you should learn to talk to your customer. On top of that, I just don't understand how they don't take any responsibility even though they are part of Australia post. So frustrating.
